sally lightfoot attacking?

When I came out one morning this week I found my cleaner shrimp dead and half eaten, then the next day I witnessed him eating a turbo snail. Is this normal behavior from a sally, is he killing or cleaning up the mess?

The sally should not eat them unless they are dead or about to die I have 3 in my reef and never had this problem. Do you occasionally feed your inverts some meaty foods? I pop in a few meaty items in from time to time especially for my coral banded shrimp but they all get some. Have you check your water parameters and temp maybe you problems stem from there.
