My neighbors go fishing and when they catch a lot of fish, they give some to us. today they gave us some fresh salmon, and I was wondering if that would be safe for my pork puffer?
Right now her diet consists of squid and shrimp.

you may want to repost this in aggressive setups....i don't have any experience with puffers but I know aggressives will increase the likelihodd of a response....just a suggestion.

Salmon is an oily fish - wouldn't do your water quality any good unless you make absolutely sure it is all eaten.

Salmon as Omega3 amino acids---very good for fish, but, as stated...oily. Make sure it gets eaten up and not left to decay in the tank.
