Salt water in septic tank

if u have a septic tank it doesn't matter what drain you pour it down; sink, toilet, bathtub, whatever - they all go to your septic tank.
personally, I wouldn't do it, no way no how. far too many mineral in that stuff to clog up my pipes and tank. but then, I'm very protective of my septic tank. I wouldn't pour it into the environment either - we've go our own well water out here too, don't want that junk getting into our water table. id use it for plants or take it to the dump.

I guess you don't let your cat pee in the back yard either? Do ya? j/k ;)

Id never thought of that before! Seems ok though, thats where the water from 4 of my tanks goes. There is no way id be able to carry it outside though. I live on a 2nd floor apt and Im a weakling with enough trouble with stairs as it is!
