Yea Red Sea Coral Pro work great mixes well and you dont have a snow storm in the water after its mixed like you were saying you had with IO.

I have two LFS. One sells Reef Crystals and Oceanic. The other sells Coralife and Instant Ocean. I have bought them all and can't honestly say I've noticed any difference from one to the next.
