Saltwater vs Ich

Others use salt to treat their ich infected fishes, since saltwater fishes are in saltwater, do these fishes immune from having ich?

The others who use salt to treat their Ich are dealing with Ichthyophthirius multifiliis. Our marine Ich is Cryptocaryon irritans... which freshwater fish are "immune to".
So in that reference.... yes, saltwater fish cannot get Ichthyophthirius multifiliis.

Freshwater ich and Saltwater ich are not the same thing. No most saltwater fish are not immune to ich.
