saltwaterfish.com ordering

i was gonna order some fish from saltwaterfish.com but i live in PA and was wondering if they have something so the fish stay warm and if they do if it has to be requested? has anyone from other cold weather states ever ordered fish from here and what did you do?

Yep, they have heat packs they pack in with the fish. They come in a styrofoam cooler inside a box. Very well packed and you can reuse the cooler for beer.....um.. I mean Cola.
My last oreder came in about 2 weeks ago. All live and well.

I received an order from swf.com last Friday, when it was 20 degrees here in Northern IL. Needless to say, even though the box was freezing on the outside, everything arrived alive, and is now thriving in the tank. The heat packs were still warm, and the cooler is now stocked with Miller Lite, umm...I mean Diet Coke. HTH

man to bad they dont sell or ship to Canada, i had been seeing some pretty looking live rock,fish,and supplys. and everyone that have ordered been happy !! hopefuly one day they will.

Several orders in both summer heat and winter and they are always packed properly for the temperature and weather in the area at the time of shipping.

weve ordered a couple of times here in cleveland and just recently got everything from the fedex guy that walked up the driveway in snow. everything was warm and fine. acclimate slow and youll be good to go. weve been very happy with SWF.

I live in NY and I just got a order last Saturday. And everything came very heathly and everything is doing very good in the tank. I have never order from any where else on the internet but I dont think I would I have had 6 orders from SWF and every time everything is good.

My order came today.. everything was just right.. Heat packs taped to the cover of the styro box.. everything was nice and cozy in there. Oh.. and them have to be the Smallest hermits I have ever seen.. LOL they are so cute.. emerald is pretty tiny also.. hehe.. Overall .. I am very happy saltwaterfish.com customer and will do buisness with them again..

My order is going to be here tomorrow. Thats is the one thing that is going to kill me , I am a night person, I have to be up tomorrow early to get the fish ... Oh well it is a good trade off who needs sleep anyway
