As promised yesterday, below is the schedule of when we will be conducting the votes for the various animals. Please plan your photography sessions accordingly.
Week of November 5:
Monday: Nudibranch
Tuesday: Basslets, Blennies
Wednesday: Anthias, Cardinals
Thursday: Clownfish
Friday: Snails, Starfish, Urchins
Week of November 12:
Monday: Eels
Tuesday: Gobies
Wednesday: Clams, Crabs
Thursday: Puffers, Rabbitfish, Seahorses
Friday: Tangs, Triggers, Wrasses
Week of November 19:
Monday: Angels
Tuesday: Anemones
Wednesday: Hawkfish, Lionfish
Thursday: Gorgonians, Shrimps
Friday: Damsels, Dottybacks
Week of November 26:
Monday: Butterflies
Corals and Misc. for the remainder of the week

Just wondering, do we need to post our pictures again closer to the date that the voting will run for the particular item we are taking pictures of? My original post had a picture of a snowflake eel, a clown trigger, and a volitan lion so I just wanted to make sure it wouldnt get overlooked (its already back like 6 or 7 pages haha). Thanks for running this little contest guys, this is a great idea!

I don't know...LOL...I just had a halloween hermit tear up a couple of my snails.....so I have a couple laying around I can snap pictures of ....

I can't believe I'm going to be doling out $20 for a picture of hermit shells...LOL....but we sell 'em!

Man so I guess SW fishy will be treading in some deep water looking through all of those posts for the pictures. Maybe next time you guys should make sticky posts a couple of days before a vote for a specific fish, and let people post their picture under that, then you can just add the poll when the time comes and get rid of any extra posts that get in the way of the pictures. It might just make it a little bit more organized so it wouldnt be so much work trying to search through 20 pages of threads for a particular fish. Good luck, thats all I have to say.

sorry im confused are all corals Nov 26 deadline? i have read posts contrary to this, and there is already voting on corals, so which is it?

Sorry for the confusion, saltn00b. The confusion is all on us since I think we've made a few mid course corrections today... we are still dealing with the flood of entries. We said we were going to put up some each day this week. Then we will go on the schedule outlined. We had a bunch of frogspawn entries so we put those up. We'll put a few more random high entry animals tomorrow as well to keep the momentum going.
The schedule will be followed starting Monday.
I hope that makes sense.

(I'm thinking a snowball in arizona during midsummer type of chance) but a chance nonetheless

I posted a topic in the photo forum but last I checked no one replied. hopefully it made them realize there is a contest and made them enter photos and come vote for others photos.
