so has anybody ever actually bought any fish from this website or are we just using the site to discuss fish we purchased elsewhere. i was kinda wondering about how they ship them to you, and which fish are covered under the "money back guar-an-tee". just asking.

Hi Livephish,

I have bought a few fis off from the saltwater.com web site. I haven't had any problems with anything I have gotten from them. They are packed excellent, and they ship overnight, so the fish are only bagged for less than 24 hrs. I acclimate them the way they describe in the instructions and wala, I am rewarded with great fish! No complaints here!!

I've only ordered inverts...
which fish are covered under the "money back guar-an-tee"
if the fish, invert or coral has NG next to it, then it's not covered.

I've had three orders filled by saltwaterfish.com. Each time they were packed properly and arrived almost to the minute when they said they would. I've had one guarantee claim and it went very smoothly. However, when you have a guarantee claim for lost fish, you must still make the minimum order.

It's the minimum order for anything you want to purchase from them.
It is b/c it's their rules, best guess is to ask them

It includes shipping (except a 10 dollar packaging fee). Most sites will sell you a single three dollar fish, but then you have to pay $35 for overnight shipping. All in all, the 79 minimum with free shipping isn't such a bad deal...though it can be tough to hit the minimum, unless you throw in quite a bit.
