I have ordered 4 or 5 times ( inverts and fish) and have always been pleased with what i recieved. Once i had part of an order DOA ( fire shrimp) and was given credit on next order, no questions asked.

ive ordered corals and inverts, no problems at all. usually with snails and hermits they throw in a few extra just incase you have somthing die during shipping. also, the corals usually give you a number of polyps and its usually close to double what they say. there repeat buyer program is also great because you get free stuff after your first order
