im sure there just targeting you. let it go, you dont have to paste this in every thread, every single day. any where you order from, youre going to have to pay shipping on your replaced items. swf.com has free shipping so it only makes sense that you spend that amount again to qualify for the free shipping. there a business, not somebody selling stuff from there garage, so there not gunna just let you pay actual shipping cost. thats not how it works.
to the OP, i needed to use the guarantee once, and there was nowhere to enter the code. i just said in the notes section that i would like the fish added to the order i was placing, and i gave them the guarantee code in that note. the fish was included in my order.

The $79 thing is for live purchases only anyways. You can get dry goods under that as well.
Its your choice to buy from them all online stores will either have some type of requirement (I found one that required a minimum of 100 before anything could be purchased.)
before you can get free shipping, and honestly I would rather buy that amount and get the free overnight shipping than go to the LFS as they dont have any guarantee.
