125g, long. Just added the salt to the ro water tonight and it is mixing.
I have 80lbs of ls (CaribSea aragonite) right now. This is enough to give me almost 2" of depth. I am unsure of what to do. I am going to purchase about 100-140lbs of lr in the next couple of weeks and would like to put something down on the bottom of the tank to make it stable just in case I decide to get some burrowers in the future. I know about eggcrate but would that only work for 1-2" of sand? Or can it be stacked??
I am guessing that I would need between 4-5" of sand for any burrowing fish (ie Goby)? If I was to put this amount in the tank what/how would I stabilize the lr. I don't want the fish to make the lr unstable.
