Sand dollars are not recommended for home tanks. They burrow into the sand and really aren't seen. Most have extreme needs...particular particle size sand grains for proper eating, very deep sand bed, and some even require silicious sand instead of calcareous sand like we generally have in our tanks. In short, they are not particularly likely to survive long term in reef tanks without a lot of special attention to setting up a tank specifically suited to their needs.
In addition, the species you mention is a cold water animal so that is no good either.
