Sand from an established tank

I have about 100 lbs. of sand that was in an established tank. It is just regular aragonite, and there was never LR in the tank it was in. Should I rinse this sand out before I add it to my newly set up tank. Nothing in the tank, only the saltwater mixing so far.

If it were me I would rinse it, just to get all the old junk out of it. You might want to think about adding some ls with it.
