Sand Storm

Ok I have been in the process of upgrading from a 90-gallon tank to a 210-gallon tank and finally got everything ready filled tank, made the transfer of corals and fish and have a problem. I used carrib. sea oolite sand and now I have what looks like a sand storm. I have redirected my powerheads everywhich way I know how to keep from steering up the sand but nothing seems to work. What could I do to solve this problem? Should I get a couple bags of more coarse sand and put on top to keep this from happening? Any help would be great.
