Well for Christmas Im getting
Gifts cards to all LFS in my area
and an RO/DI Unit!

What are you getting, asking for, or giving?

My sister always gets me books since she's an eighth grade teacher, so I asked her to get me some species classification books, and I mentioned an aquarium chemistry book, that breaks down supplements and dosing, along with the interactions between different elements.
its really bad that I'm excited for those.
Otherwise I'm sure I'll get a few ugly sweaters from my mom

Going to be mixed.. Not sure on how long it will take me.. Some buddies and myself should be able to get the wall and room behind framed out in a day or so after I get the lumber..have a 75 gallon sump to go under it and a dart for the return..need to pick up a hammerhead for the closed loop,new skimmer (thinking SWC 300 extreme), another LumanMax elite reflector, ballast, radium bulb, about 200lbs of Caribsea Reef floor sand, about 75 more lbs of rock.. So hopefully in the next 2 months or so..

Well lets see here got the Wife a 44 Pentagon for Seahorses and cycled it and have a single male captive bred in it right now. Also got her a Blue Ribbon Eel that eats anything I feed the sucker. Got my 6 year old a 24 gallon JBJ nano and stand along with rock and sand to get it running. Right now has 5 hermits and 5 snails in it. All I got was a Passer Angel and 2 Jumbo Hermits.

I know many of you will find this hard to believe...But I told my Husband I want nothing :)
AND MEAN IT
we have so many things we want to do here at home....I am always buying stuff for my tanks, we are getting him a new muzzle loader and 12 gauge next month
WHY bother buying stuff so we can throw it under a tree and waste wrapping paper....we make sure all our (7) grandchildren have what they need (and want)
we have eachother, a home, 2 cats, 2 dogs, health....etc...etc....
I already have what I want :)

Getting stuff is cool and all but I have more fun getting stuff for others.
I've spent about 10 grand on TV's, Blu Rays and such the last few months. I think Christmas is covered.
