Hope nothing ever goes wrong with any component, since you lose the whole PC. One of the reasons I never liked the all-in-one computers that built everything into the screen like that.

I guess one needs to look at it as a laptop on steroids. Besides, with a desktop PC, a netbook, a laptop, and an iphone as backup, I think we're covered. And Santa having a happy little elf is priceless...

Yup... a con for sure. But the All-in-One is also the main Pro if that's what you are looking for. As you can see, I'm in a closet. A big closet, but a closet none the less. My office is being used for the next couple of months to help a relative out and we're starting a business that goes live in Jan. I needed a spot to "go" and I needed it to be small, yet powerfu,l so I could mess with my pictures. I've always wanted to try a Mac..... the screen on this one is perfection.
I'm still loading stuff, so I haven't loaded any pictures yet. I can't wait to try it out.

We (we meaning my wife I only include myself because I've had to work on it) have had no hardware problems on an older version of that. And she's had it for 5-6 years.

I have a 22" Dell that's been fine for like 4 years but man this thing gets hot. I did the all in one because it was in the livingroom
