I wouldn't be worried as much about the size as the components, the article mentioned they could be hazardous.

BTW we all know that if it lands in water then Bush will have saved the world from this satellite. If it hits on land then Clinton and the democrats did not design it right and should have done more to protect the earth from this happening.
