Thanks Pitbull01,
Actually have 3 tanks. These pictures are from my 95 hex FOWLR and 65 reef.
No corals with the Koran (who is in the 95). Just a couple clowns and green chromis.
Hard to get pictures of my tanks, but here is one of the hex and reef.

Do you have all three tanks in the same room or all over? Three tanks is lots of work!! Showing how much you love the hobby that is great!! :cheer:

The 95 Hex and the 65 Reef are in our living room. I have a 30 gallon FOWLR at my office.
It is allot of work, but we really enjoy it. I finnally got the chemistry leveled off about 6 months ago and have a real good dosing and water change schedule to help keep everything level. The biggest help was installing a RO/DI unit and using that water exclusively for top off and water changes. In fact I have 2 33gal trash cans in my kitchen churning water right now!
We are ready for more corals in the reef, we have been taking it really slow. Didn't have much luck with the sun coral, really didn't know what it was and how difficult it was to keep when we bought it from the LFS and of course they offered not guidence.
I have 400 watts of PC lighting, thinking I will try to get some sort of hard coral.
Our Toadstool Mushroom, Colt, White Kenya Tree and a rock full of Zoos are doing real well.
Any suggestiong on a good hardy hard coral for a beginner? Guess I need something that will live on only 400watts of PC lighting. Since my reef isn't that deep thought I could keep it toward the top.
Thanks for all the nice words from everyone, but actually I don't think my tank comes closes to some of the tanks seen on this site!

Why Dont You Try A Candy Cane Coral. Rel Easy To Take Care Of, Doesnt Need A Ton Of Light And Moderate Flow Is Good. They Are Cool Colors Too.

Thanks for the advice.
I did some research on Candy Cane Corals to see what you were referring to.
2 different web sites, one was SWF.com and I won't mention the other.
Here is what each had to say about Candy Cane Corals.
Interesting...... :notsure: :notsure:

Well Thats Odd, One Site Contradicting The Other. I Know What Site The Other One Is. I Have Mine Under 220 Watts Pc And Under Medium Flow And They Are Thriving.

Coraline algae. It's the same as the other purple and maroon stuff on the rocks. If you have a lot of coraline and not so much micro algae (like hair algae) then you are doing good :)
