Sea horses & low light corals

I was thinking of putting my 29 gallon tank together for sea horse or making a low light coral tank but I cannot decide. So my question would be is it possible to put the 2 together. Maybe sea horses and pipe fish with like sun polyps and other low light corals. But the only thing is, is my fish store that has low-light corals are just under attanic bulbs. Can a regular tank light go on it or can sea horses live under attanics?
Thanks

By no means am I an expert, but I researched ponies before getting into reefs. I called many pony stores and they all claimed low light is much better, and the ponies can be successfully raised with low light corals. They usually mentioned the need for lots of macroalgae for the ponies to "hitch" to. So keep that in mind.
