Question for those who know wet/dry's...
I am looking to purchase now either the Sea Life Wet/Dry (60 or 75) that Saltwaterfish sells, or an Enheim 2227 Wet/Dry Cannister filter, or the CPR 500. I have heard pros and cons of all of them.
Enheim is quieter, smaller, but is more difficult to maintain. It is more expensive, but does seems to not need the pump purchased (as a rio 2500) for the Sea life.
Anyone have any comments on a standard wet/dry drip filter versus a contained wet/dry cannister?
I posted a similar question on a previous thread and got some good responses which has led me to the 2227 inquiry.
Also, with the sealife, do you need to drill any holes, and with either, what are the extra accessories that you need to purchase that no one ever tells you?
TIA
