Sea Veggies = Sushi Nori

An informational Post for my fellow newbies....
I read that nori is good for my blue hippo tang so i bought some at the japanese market.
roasted sea weed - green sheets of sushi paper, uncut, slightly imperfect - 3 oz's for $1
then i read that sushi paper has no nutritional value because of the preparation.
figure i want my hippo to eat well, so i ordered some julian sprungs sea veggies.
in green, red AND purple.
$4.49 for 1 oz bag.
the green one is identical to the suhi nori.
they smell the same.
i even tasted it.
they are the same!...
the purple one also resembles a different kind of suhi paper that i've seen....
the red one is actually dried chunks of sea weed that is a little crumbly and my hippo doesn't like it all that much any ways.
anyways, hope that helps someone!

I wonder if that is true that the two Noris are the same.
I have some nori too and my tang loves it but if it doesnt have anything that he needs that sucks.
