So I recently got this tank “65 gallon” from my cousin and he had this Seaclone 100 that he said he was never able to get it to work right. It’s about 3 months old and I have cleaned it and fine tuned it the best way I know how.... I still have tons of micro bubbles and the foam coming up is “wet” it just keeps filling up the cup with water. Please help!!!!

Micro bubbles are common with HOB skimmers. You need some sort of bubble trap to stop that. It is a problem in sump skimmers too but the sump serves as a bubble trap.
Wet skimate is also common with HOB skimmers, not a big deal you just need to empty it more often.

The tank is literally filled with them and it’s very hard to look at. The fish just swim to the bottom of the tank and hang out in the corners when I try to set it up to work right. What can I use as a bubble trap?

It is usually a box that the skimmer dumps the water into then it overflows the box into the tank. Some have a sponge at the top.
