I have the seaclone 150 on my 65 and am currently looking at buying another skimmer. There are a few mods you can do to this skimmer providing it is the newer of the two types but if you don't want the air bubbles try putting a sponge or a small filter sock over the output. You have to keep these clean otherwise they produce nitrates and I laregely don't encourage the sponge because if something goies wrong the sponge will not allow the flow back into your tank. This equals one wet floor.
For me, the answer to no air bubbles is simply to run it at a reduced level.
I hope someone has a better answer for you, but you are not alone in your troubles.

With the seaclone your going to have the bubbles untill it breaks in,but if adjust the airflow on the venturi to where you have a 1/2 to 1" air bubble in the intake right where it goes into the bottom of the skimmer it will help untill it broke in.
