Search function not working?

is there some reason that every time I search, it doesn't work?

hmm, its working for me.
BTW, you can only search once every 10 seconds, and the words have to be 4 or more letters long, or else it wont work. when you try to search, does it take youto another page, or does it just not do anything at all?

nope... its not the 10 second rule... i get redirected to what looks like a 404 page

Not sure what you mean left or right.

If you type in the left hand box you can search by keyword in the threads. If you type in the right hand box then it is searching by username. I just tried using the link that you posted and it worked fine.

What are you trying to search for? Is the word too short?

I'm using the correct search box.. its not saying "nothing found" its coming up with what looks like a 404 page.
are users in different user groups in admin cp?

Are you searching off the dropdown box, or going to the advanced search page and searching from there?

Reword your search. I just typed in "salt" and it did the same thing, but if I type in "marine ich" then it comes up with many posts that the subject marine ich is in.
For example, if you are looking for brands of salt then type in "brands of salt".

still doesn't work.

what are some of the other things you are searching for. The search may to broad of a search pulling way to many pages and results causeing an error.

i am also getting the "page could not be found" page. ill try again in a few mins.
