I left Seattle shortly *before* getting interested in this hobby, but when I was a teenager keeping FW tanks I used to always go to The Fish Store in Bellevue. They used to be in the Crossroads area on 156th north of the theater, but I think they may have moved...

Welcome to Seattle!!! There are several LFS in Seattle, but the best I've found is The Fish Store on Roosevelt in the U District. They've been very helpful and the prices aren't too bad. Further up north, in Shoreline off Aurora and about 145 called Aquarium Concepts---never bought anything from them, but there stuff looked really good. Also try Blue Sierra in Issaquah---good stuff;long drive. Hope that helps! Oh, and um...stay away from PetSmart....

Blue Sierra in Issaquah is nice, but their prices on livestock is high. However, they do have things that most other LFS won't have. Midway use to be good, but know their tank looks neglected. If you are lucky, you might find nice livestock for a fairly decent price. If you want xenias, you can call me

I think Blue Seirra is awsome. Some of the best people in the lfs feild I think. And there new store has about anything you need. And I feel there prices are very fair. And I have always gotten the highest quality from them.

Visited Issaquah For the brew pub last year and ran across Blue Sierra. Wish it was in Oregon so I could go frequently.
