Sebae Anemone doing the I wanna die thing

Dude I've had this guy about 3 months now and its been doing great. I did a water change on Tuesday and now all of a sudden its doing the I'm gonna implode and spill my guts out thing they like to do when they're dying

......The water is perfect...a lil' warm but its always around 78-79.....Whats going????? any idea's

How long is your tank been set up?
What kind of lights do you have?
Do you have any pics? that would help.

Anemones inflate and deflate to flush out their systems. A few more questions: Is the foot attached to anything? Is the tentacles sticky? Do you spot feed it?

they are hard to keep...i have had two one lasted 8months the other only lasted 2 month...

no its not sticking to anything, yes I spot feed it. And its getting tons of light, everything that it should be getting...like I said it all happen after the water change. Everything else in the tank is just fine. My other anemone is doing great( keeps trying to kill its self in the filter tho) the polyps are fine, the clam is fine, the fish....just this one anemone
