Just got a NEW sebae anemone because I felt like it was time to get another one.. My last one was a LTA.. Very different acting fellow,, had him for about a week.. p.s. my tomato clown hosted in less than 8hrs.. First of all he get really really huge late at night.. (feeding maybe?) I dont know.. Then during the days He will inflate to a very nice size them later like right now,, he delfates almost completely to looking very stressed, NOW he is starting to INFLATE again. very strange fellow, all other corals look great... BUt im not familiar with the sebaes... any INSIGHT? regards!

I agree that thats normal expected behavior for a newly aquired H. crispa. Its just aclimating to its new conditions. As long as its attached and is not moveing around or the Clowns not being too rough it should start to stay open more and more regularly and then most always as one should. Give it time.
Did you resolve why the LTA died so quick ?

No Doggie, do you remember when I went on vacation to NY and had my neighbor watch my tank and some chaeto clogged the output of my HOB fuge casusing it to overflow,, then My neighbor poured in TAP WATER after she went through the RODI water I left her, crashing my tank,, back in JULY? My last LTA was so good and huge and hardy, had him for almost 2 yrs... so sad,,,, but my tank has come back strong.. T.G...
