Sebae Clown diet?

Hey folkes.
Got my first "Fish" into my tank (people dont seem to count Damsels as fish?)
Its a Sabae clown which I got at my LFS for a wopping $9.99
I also got a feather duster and a few turbo snales too. Spent a whole $24.00 LOL
Anyway.
What kinda stuff do YOU feed your Clown on??

i have a moroon in my 29 and a pair of ocellarus in my 40. i feed them a mix of:
formula one frozen
prime reef frozen
squid
hikari small fish formula pellets
some tetra tec flakes that i got in a filter i bought a long time ago
squid
small pieces of krill
and mysis shrimp
i alternate all of these.
and make sure you feed te feather duster some phytoplankton.
