Sebae clown with a pair of goldstripes

I've currently got a sebae clown in my tank...he's a little over an inch long. I was planning to add a pair of goldstripe maroons to the tank....how do you think they would get along? Tank size and inhabitants are listed below..

It would be taking a chance...while sebae clowns are typically less aggressive, maroon clowns are typically *more* aggressive...added with the faction of there being two of them, I'd say be *really* careful with this. Maroons have those nasty cheekspines that make quick work of other fish. They go straight for the mouth of the other fish, and often, even if you immediately seperate them, the other fish will eventually starve/stress to death from the first battle.
The only clowns I've successfully mixed were a tomato and a maroon (maroon added last and *much* smaller) in 100gal. the only reason I even tried it was because a friend of mine was set on making his own pair of maroons (which eventually, we did, but after the one I put in my tank killed it's intended mate)

Yeah I figured the aggresion would be a problem. I was thinking of adding the maroons very young, hopefully less then an inch....think it's worth a shot or should I get rid of the sebae? I'd hate to have to get rid of him :

If you have a reliable place for the sebae to go if the maroons attack him, I'd say it's worth a shot. Or get another tank :D That's always been my solution to any given fish problem lol (Mind you, I now live in an aquarium/petting zoo)

I would not do it personally. Even if you go with young maroons, they will eventually become more aggressive as they grow older. As mentioned in a previous post, the only other clown I would consider with marroons (regardless of which ones you get first and whatever size) would be a tomato. The only reason for this is that they are equally as mean.
