selling my 240 set-up

i am getting out of the hobby from boredom and am selling my 240 gallon set-up. it is 5 years old it has a 300 gallon wet/dry with a hang over sump because i didn't want to drill the tank at the time, 3 heaters (ebo) it has 200 lbs of live rock and about 150 lbs live sand and 100 lbs of gravel. all the electronics are hooked up to a central relay box that can control on/off for all items on the tank. i have just basic dual light on one side and on the other is a vho hood. it is on a basic 4x4 redwood stand. i live in the san francisco bay area. i am looking for about 1000.00 for everything will discuss.
