Setting up a reef

I have a 65 gallion tank. I want to make it a reef tnk. I have right now 13 pounds of Marshel Island rock (uncured I know I have to wait), A ps 100 PS, 2 hang on the backs and 2 powerheads. I want to know how much more live rock I need and how many Wattis my lights need to be? My light holder right now has 2 30 watt long bulbs.
Please Help ;)

like the previous post mentioned another 70 lbs of LR will be perfect. For lights it depends on what you want for corals. Lighting is expensive and you only want to buy lighting once or at least be able to use what you buy if you buy more. decide what corals you want to keep and then choose the apropriate lighting. A good star would be a mix of VHO and a couple of 175 or 250 MH. This would give you enough lighting to keep any corals you want (a nice option). If $$$ are a problem then start with the VHO (or PC) and add the MH later.

First off, get enough LR to make the tank look good. This could be 25lbs or 150 depending on the density. 70lbs will probably be right but it is not the rule (not that anyone said it was :) )
The LR will be your filter. For LIght I would get MH. But as others said it depends on what you want to keep.
