Setting up new 100gal got a question

I am upgradeing my 55 gal to a 100gal with dual overflows what size of return pump should I use?

I would probably run a pump that gives you 900-1100 gph, something like a GenX 30 or 40.

i have dual overflows also...I use a mag 18.
