setting up uv need help

if i use a sump350 gph and come out of the sump to uv filter them pipe this into protein skimmer, would this set-up be ok and will it kill effectively?

350gph is a very high flow rate for a UV filter. The UV filter has to be in contact with the water at a much slower pace I think.

Yup, the flow rate is WAY too high. I think at most it should be in the 100gph range depending on the size of the UV.

It Is A 16 Watt Uv. What Pump Would U Recommend.
