Setup question..when to add LR?

Im setting up my 10gal tank...im putting in LS and 10gals SW...should I put in some LR already or once the tank is done cycling (4wks) ?

Well... you will get both answers on this one... Me I like to add it in more then likely it isn't fully cured and will help the cycle start with the die off. But thats just me.

Thanks for the tip, lets say I put it in, will it totally fry my LR, like should I just get some cheapy stuff for seeding the tank and then get the nicer rock...Im thinking about putting in about 10lbs eventually...how much would you start with?

Rock would be fine ....won't fry it.... and the rule of thumb for rock is 1 to 1.5 pounds per gallon.
