Sexing Peppermint shrimp?

Can anyboby help in sexing peppermint shrimp? I have 5 and am trading some off but would like to keep a pair if possible. Any suggestions? When I got them they were all about the same size, now 3 are noticeably bigger.

If you keep 2 then you will automatically have a pair. They are hermaphrodites.
