Sexy Anemone Shrimp

I just received my order of 2 tiny sexy shrimp, I didn't realize they would be THIS tiny, pretty much impossible to see. Will they be okay scavenging food or should I get something special for shrimp this small?
I never seem to understand sizes on internet orders, I ordered a small Halloween hermit and he came in a 3" long shell and filled it.

Sexies tend to come small most of the time. My friend has some, and he target feeds them.

My main problem I guess is that one came dead, so I only have one for now and it seems they'll be reclusive if by themselves. I can't find him (he's maybe 1/6 of an inch big) so target feeding is impossible unless I get really lucky, do you know if tey have any favorite foods Ic an try to lure him out with to feed?
