sfe...where do i get silversides

can i just buy them at supermarket? Would they just be called silversides?

I buy mine right from the LFS and my SFE loves them.

i hand feed them to mine. i wear rubber gloves when i do it tho, cuz it can hurt wene they bite...

I don't believe you can purchase SilverSides at the market, mostly they are at your LFS. Sometimes there are shortages so your gonna want to have a backup or by a crap load of them. To ensure your eel gets his/her silversides you will need to target feed them. Your can use gloves (but is there a possibility of getting your finger pinched [sfe have crushing jaws]) or a feeding stick. Other fish will be nuisances, so you will have to use distractions. HTH
