Yea id say so, I think they can get big over time. So you would probably have 2 upgrade after a year or two, depending on how many fish your keeping it with in the 75g

That's up to you. I would research each species to see what you like and care for the best. I look at what species have a proven history to do well in home aquariums...aka hardiness, what is compatible, how large they get, what they eat and color.
I have 2 white stripe maroons but wish I had bought gold stripe maroons. I have been an FSU fan my whole life and their colors are garnet and gold, much like the gold stripe maroon clown. I was inexperienced though when I got my clowns, I didn't know the difference. It's okay though cause they have been good for me for the last 7 months.

The SFE is supposedly a mild tempered eel. I would think any fish is compatible...the only concern might be if the clown is small and the eel is large enough and hungry it might eat it, but I don't think a SFE would harass any fish.
