Does he jerk open and close his mouth when he moves his fins? Also is it just his fins or does his whole body appear to convulse?
A few days of not eating is no big deal for a lion. I read in your other thread that he is in with some triggers. Keep an eye out for bullying. If the lions being bullyed it might not eat.

When He Jerks Its Just His Front Fins
And He Does Every Now And Then Make A Gasp.
And The Lion And Trigger As Far As I Can Tell Get Along
When Im Not There It Could Change.
When Food Is In The Water The Trigger Will Hit Anything But If A Portion Of Food Is Around The Lion He Will Leave It Alone.
When It Moves Away From The Lion He Will Nail It No Problem.
Should I Remove The Clown To See If It Helps?

Triggerfish, especially picasso's/humu are the hannibal lectors of the aquarium world. My $$ is on the trigger nipping at him, or just stressing him out. I would recommend making sure you have a well-built hiding spot for the lion, something cave-like that he can dart into to relax. Also, if that doesnt help, Id -really- consider tossin the trig into your quarantine for a day or two to seperate them, and see if it fixes the lions problem. Process of elimination dude.
Trigger 22 hours a day:

Trigger when you are looking in the tank: :happyfish
Trigger when you are trying to figure out why other fish are stressed:

Good move, make sure n let us know how it works out for ya. I've had personal experience with triggers being fine for over a year, then they just deciding one day that they don't like their tankmates, and eating their eyes out. (Literally)
