Well, ill probably be putting a fu manchu lionfish in my 46 with my sf eel in about a week or so... getting excited about it! So, anyone got any pics or info to share plz?

Well, found out that theyll get a shipment in on thursday. Hopefully a fu will be there. This is gonna b such a long week.

You won't find a lot of people who have these lions because they are the toughest to keep alive in captivity. Not saying it's impossible, just very hard.

They prefer crustations.. fyi. Getting them on frozen is hard. Mine took frozen at the LFS, but then refused in my tank. But today I just wanted to get him some food so I know he wasnt starving, so I got him a dollars worth of ghost shrimp, ate like a champ. I'd recomend seeing your fu eat at the LFS. If he will not take fish, try ghost shrimp, thats their prefered food. Also a good reason that they can be kept with smallish fish.

Ty for the help. Would i be able to just keep giving it feeders, or would that not be nutritious enough?
