Since the last post I made is crap now I'm going to start a new one with me telling you what the egg is doing and where the little guy is at. I will be posting pics of everything, yes and for you people who dont believe me in filtration I will post it especialy just for you! If you have nothing nice to say PLEASE DONT POST!
Day 1) Shark is like a worm you can see its head and tail. No more then 4cm long. YES THAT SMALL! I'm going to est. how long until it hatches, 4 months. Other fish are ignoring the egg, they show signs of no interest. Pics will come soon*

Cartman,
From what I understand, it takes diligence and patience, and a lot of time to care for a baby shark. Am I correct? :notsure:
If so, how are you going to devote enough time to the care of this baby shark............IF YOU DON'T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO CLEAN YOUR TANK?????????

You want people to treat you with respect and not flame you, however, your actions on this board alone, I don't know about the others, show you HAVE lied several times.
If you can't take care of your tank, why WOULD we trust that you would take care of the baby shark.
Sounds like mommy and daddy spoil their little cartman a little too much................Peace
P.S. I would be ashamed to post a picture of my tank looking like that. It is proof that you do not care for your hobby like you say you do.

If I may offer a small bit of advice which has no sarcasm, or cruel intention. Start doing some massive consistent water changes, and repeatedly siphon your SB; that cyano out-break is just hideous...

I honestly cant believe you'd post pics of your tank, when it looks like that.
That's one of the dirtiest, least maintained tanks I've ever seen.
One other thing....where's that 100lb+ of live rock??

Let me make this clear:
The language that took place in the other thread is not welcome here, nor are comparisons to "historical figures." If you knew anything about history, you would not be saying you hated people more than Hitler. Such comparisons are NOT TAKEN LIGHTLY and NOT WELCOME HERE.
Now, please do not bash this kid. Its not worth the effort and not getting him anywhere either with his skill. He is just throwing it back and none of it is pleasant.
Cartman, please watch your language and understand that you are not doing the most to help yourself. People tried to help early on, and you have not listened to their advice. They are getting frustrated, and this is what you end up with.

But I do ask everyone to leave this guy alone at this point. Do not contribute any more to the thread unless it is actual help. But Cartman, you may find a lot of people will not contribute anymore.
FWIW, a couple of things for readers. NEVER ASSUME THAT A PUBLIC AQUARIUM WILL TAKE YOUR FISH. We had 18 or more baby sharks to deal with. No way no how were we taking anymore. They are a dime a dozen. Some may take them, but never assume that you can get buy for awhile keeping a fish and just hand it off.
Also note that our home test kits are not necessarily comparable in readings. Some are accurate, some are not...but none are really quantitative other than some guesstimate of color. It is pointless, IMO, to argue this. And getting 0 nitrates though possible is not always necessary or likely, IMO.
