They will grow to the size of their tank...then they'll die because they won't STOP growing after they reach the size of the tank.

When I first got into fish I was told that same thing. It does sound nice deosn't it.
After asking some really stupid questions I can to realize that the clown trigger I really want will get bigger than 4-5 inches which depressed me for a little while.
Now I am glad because that means I can have an excuse for a bigger tank.
For those keeping track at home no I don't have a trigger yet and it will be a while.
