SHARKS, READ "FISH FOR A 150" WHAT A DISGRACE

The problem that many seem to feel is that we here work real hard to help each other get the right fish and keep them alive. It is not a crime to do what is being done, but I don't think throwing it out in the other members faces post after post is beyond what this board stands for. I let it go for a while but I closed it due to the fact that I feel the heat from the flames coming and I want to avoid that.

I am not faulting anyone regarding the posts but I just feel it went beyond where it needed to go. This is a hard core group of fish lovers and I just think our time is better spent on our original mission of helping each other.

Thank you for reading this post and for closing the other one.
I was not upset about the fact that his fish died...we all have that happen to us unfortunately. This guy was getting off on watching them eat each other and report on it. That is what I found distasteful and obnoxious.
A previous post he had talked about his puffer "blowing up" and thinking it was funny. Obviously something was wrong in the tank and his puffer was being stressed. He just found it amusing to watch his puffer suffer like that.
It sickened me to read that so I had to let me feelings fly. I will apologize to the members of this board about things I said, but I will NOT apologize to clowntrigger2k. I felt I needed to say it and it is now over.

i can,t believe the way you guys are acting , it is not like i get fish to get killed , they were in there to cycle the tank ,and i was just updating you guys to what was going on ,but now i see, i have to watch what i say ,so with this i say drop it is over move on , find some one else to flame

Look clowntrigger, I can speak now without flames...I have calmed down.
No one was saying that it was a problem that your damsels or other fish were dieing during cycle time or any other time. It was the fact that you were getting some sort of sick enjoyment out of it. How many times did you say "trigger ate it, LOL" It's the "LOL" part that made me upset. Most people don't laugh when their fish get eaten or attacked. You liked it. Same goes with the puffer question you had. He was puffing up and you thought it was funny. Sure it's unusal to see them puff up, but it's a warning signal that something is wrong in your tank.
Understand that I was quite honked off last night...your jokes about "calling you for a fish funeral" were pretty unnecessary. When others lose a fish we get it out asap. Sounds like you "watch the show" and allow your other fish to make a meal out of them.
I am done with my flames. Be more respectful of your fish even when they lose their life. No one wants to hear that you're getting a kick out of having them be consumed by other tankmates.

ok i in no way support killing fish but i have to defen clowntrigger pon this one. He did not say at anytime that he enjoyed killing his fish he was jusyt happy that he would be able to add another fish. Some of us may not find that a reason to be happy but he qwasexcited about the fish he would be able to add. So maybe instead of everyone attacking him like that you could rread his posts more carfully and maybe explain the way you feel about doing your best to keep yor fish healthy and have a safe healthy enviorment.
