I think the biggest problem would be Customs ...
They seem to have concerns about letting fruits, vegetables, plant material and animals across the border...
Then there is the problem of "quarantine" time in shipping fish (sharks or other livestock) prior to delivery...

My girlfriend had a heck of a time getting 2 gallons of live sand from the beach in rubbermaid tubs back to Michigan from Maui. My live sand is kicking fiercely now. It was out of the ocean only about two days and then right in my tank.
