should I add snails

In my 55 g tank I have 30# lr, 2" sand,cpr bac pac,golden headed sifter goby,lawnmower blenny,serpent star,cleaner shrimp,and 25 hermit crabs. If I add 2 turbo snails would this take away a lot of food from the fish above? I really dont have that big of a problem with algae,except on the glass.Any help would be great.

Well if your only problem is algae on the glass then i would get some snails. Thats what they do, clean the glass:jumping:

get some Mexican Turbos. You would only need like 2 of em.

Will all the clean up crew have enough to eat? I feed my fish spectrum pellets in the A.M. and frozen brine at night. Is this all I need to feed them?

You should definitely add some snails. You will be surprised at how fast they will clean your glass.
