Should I be concerned

I have about 30 pounds of LR in my salt and a hermit crab who likes to get up on the rocks. I am afraid he will fall off in somewhere he cant get out. Should I be worried? any thing like that happen to you guys. Ive kept an eye on him but Dont want to continue to worry about him all the time.

Crabs are pretty resourcesfull , i wouldnt worry about him..

I watch mine climb up the intake for my filter and fall off all the time. they just turn the self over and go again. Its actually very funnny.

my hermits take tumbles off the rocks often. never had a problem getting back on there feet.

I wouldn't worry I've never had a crab get stuck in my rocks.

Are you serious?

i had a hermit get stuck between some rocks for a few days. i got lucky and caught him getting out of the stuck shell, and running for a new one that was near by.

Yeah this is what would happen if it did get itself stuck. Just make sure you have some empty shells laying around.
