Should I be feeding my Zoa's??

I have a small frag of zoa's that I got from a LFS and was wondering if I should be feeding them brine shrimp? If so, how should I go about doing this? Because I've tried to set some brine shrimp down in their little colony but they seem to just blow away. I have frozen mysis. Help me please! Should I just turn off the powerhead? thanks. :help:
p.s. my zoa's look healthy and are doing great since I got them; was just wondering if I should supplement them with brine shrimp as well to make them grow faster.

zoas wont eat chunk meat, palythoas will. dont worry about spot feeding regular zoas. palythoas will multiply faster if spot fed all the food has to do is toutch them and they'll grab it.

Zoos do fine without spot feeding, but if your looking for rapid growth try feeding them cyclopeeze(I use frozen)in a syringe or turkey baster. You may have to turn your pumps off to do this.
