Should I buy this from ebay?

Someone is selling this on ---- and was just wondering if its a good item or is it inferior to the other retro kits on the market today.
59" T5 RETRO FIT KIT 4 X 80W WITH TEN MOONLIGHTS item#230191746365.
They are selling them for $285. on other sites like reefgeek they have them for $580 and they dont even have moonlights in them. Is this worth the money or is it too good to be true?

My fixture did not come with a moon light so I am going to get one of those clip on moon lights.

the bottom line is anything found cheap on egay IS cheap and can found just as cheap elsewhere. all the name brand quality stuff on egay cost just as much as they do from reputable online stores (many have egay stores). the cheap no name stuff on egay is either just that (odyssey, jebo) or DIY components you could purchase seperately and do the same for the same money (halide retro kits). If its too good to be true or half the price there's a reason even if you cant see at first glance. just like aluminum foil. a roll of aluminum foil looks like a roll of aluminum foil. you can cook on the no name foil but use it and use renolds and you immediately see people are willing to pay more for it.
