Should I change a good thing?

Ok I know that some of you are going to ridicule me for this but I want to get some opinions.
I have a 72 gallon BF tank that is FOWLR. I have a lot of filtration I figured more is better. My levels are great.
PH 8.1
Nitrates 0.0
Nitrites 0.0
Ammonia 0.0
Salinity 1.025
w/ 2 gallons of RO freshwater every 2 to 3 days.
But I have never done a water change. The tank has been running for 2 months now with 2 clowns and a clean up crew. I just added a pygmy singapore angle. I check levels every 5 days and I have one of those ammonia sensors that says that a water change is not needed yet.
Should I do a partial water change? :notsure:

Whose kit are you using to test your water? I know that APIs will give you a false reading on the Nitrates if you dont shake bottle #2 enough. Another thing is that you only have fish in your tank. They dont use as much trace elements as corals would. When you do a water change, you are replacing trace elements that have been used.
