I moved and I also moved up from a 75gal to a 90gal. I have 440 watts of vho's, is this enough light and if not how do I add more?

Depend on what you are going to have in the tank

is that tank sitting on your kitchen counter?

cabinet was specialy made for the tank and look just like my kitchen cabinets. it is sitting on granite. what if I want clams?

if you can add two more vho you should be cool as long as you change your bulbs every 6 months and keep them higher in the tank. And preferably using the URI bulbs with the internal reflectors. as powerful as VHOs are they're becoming the least economical. If you're replacing 6 bulbs every 6 months at 20 bucks a pop you're going to spend 240 a year just on bulbs. with the 4 you have now you should be able to keep most stuff probably not a clam.

for clams deffinately look at MH lighting there are some species that do ok in loewr light but in general all clams are going to need the intensity of MH.
there are some people testing on wither t-5s will suport clams but I havent heard or seen anything on it in anwhile
